As humans living in this world we are held as slaves to the fact that one day we all will have to face death.  Though easily forgotten in our youth, the fact remains that no matter what race, gender, or status we are, all of us will have to one day die. But is this God’s will,  what was the purpose of Christ coming 2000 years ago?

John 10:10 “….I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”

Then the purpose of Christ’s coming was to give life to the full.    But if life is full, then there is no room for death i.e. Christ’s purpose in coming is to give eternal life.

When we look into the bible we can understand that there is one specific thing Christ said we have to do so that we can have eternal life.

John 6:53 ” Jesus said to them, ‘I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the son of manand drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats me flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Then according to Jesus’ own words if we don’t eat his flesh and drink his blood we can not have eternal life i.e. go to the Kingdom of Heaven. This is a very serious matter, we can understand through the bible that we certainly have to obey Christ, but when should we do this (eat his flesh and drink his blood) all the different churches of the world have a different opinion as to when to eat his flesh and drink his blood.

However, as a christian the example we have to follow is that of Christ’s. So then in the bible lets understand when Christ gave us his flesh and blood to eat.

Luke 22:13-15 “The left and found things just as Jesus had told them so they prepared the Passover. When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. And he said to them, ‘Ihave eagerly desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer.”

Then why did Christ eagerly desire to eat the Passover with his disciples?

Luke 22:19 “And he took bread gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”

But what they’re doing right now is celebrating Passover! Let’s continue

Luke 22:20 “In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for oyu.”

According to the bible Jesus says the cup is the new covenant. But which cup is it? Bible doesn’t say Communion cup , or Eucharist cup, thebible says the Passover cup. We as mere man can not take bread and wine and call it the body and blood of Christ, only Christ can do this, it was so important that Christ said the Passover cup is the new covenant.

In the bible Christ said if we eat his flesh and drink his blood we will have eternal life. Then merciful, loving God gave us a way to do this it was through the feast of the Passover.  However in 325 a.d. Passover was officially abolished, although clearly it was Christ’s example to celebrate the Passover.  After it was abolished it was no longer celebrated.

But only through the Passover we can recieve Christ’s flesh and blood, meaning only through the celebration of the New Covenant Passover can we recieve eternal life. However, although it was abolished and lost to the world, the one who restored the New Covenant Passover is Christ Ahnsahnghong.

Then in the next blog we can fully understand exactly who is Christ Ahnsahnghong, the one who revealed the Passover and the secret of Eternal Life.

As Christians, it is obvious whose example we should follow; Christ’s. However when we look in the bible, one of the most sacred things that Christ gave us can not be found in the “Christian” churches today, it is the Feast of the Passover.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

If we are Christians it is obvious that we have to believe Christ. Then if Christ says that we must do something to have eternal life, then we have to do it.  Since we believe in Christ we will follow it and therefore have eternal life.

However to say that you follow John 3:16 , but then do not listen to Christ’s command is a total hypocrisy.

Then since we believe Christ let’s see specifically what Christ commanded we do in order to have eternal life.

John 6:53 “…’I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Then Christ is speaking very plainly for us.  If we do not eat his flesh and drink his blood we DO NOT have eternal life. But if we do , we will recieve eternal life.  Then since we believe him, we should certainly understand that we have to eat his flesh and drink his blood.

However, now there is another dilemma, How can we eat his flesh and drink his blood?  Everyone knows that it is through the bread and wine.  But which bread and wine? We have to follow Christ’s example, not man’s.  Then let us ask Christ and see  when he gave us his body and blood.

Luke 22:7-15 ” Then cam the day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover Lamb had to be sacrificed. Jesus sent Peterand John saying, ‘Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover.’ …….They left and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover. When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. And he said to them, ‘I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.”

Then clearly Christ is about to celebrate the feast of the Passover with his disciples.  He even says I have “eagerly desired” to eat this Passover before he was to suffer and be crucified.

Then this Passover Christ is about to celebrate is important, let’s see what it is Christ gave to us on this Passover night.

Luke 22:19 “And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”

Then on the night of the Passover Christ took bread and said that this bread was his body.  He also says “do this in remembrance of me”, but what is he doing, clearly he is celebrating Passover.   Let’s understand the next verse.

Luke 22:20 “In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.”

Then on the night of the Passover Christ made a covenant. He called it the “new covenant“.  The old covenant was started in the time of Moses.  The Israelites were to keep the old covenant Passover as an everlasting covenant (Ex 12:14) Then an everlasting covenant means forever, so Passover is something that is to be kept forever.  The one who commanded the Israelites to keep the Passover forever was God.  Then that very God came in the flesh, his name was Jesus Christ.  Then Jesus being God almighty should contradict his word? Omniscient , Omnipotent God contradicts his word. No Way!

Through the Passover of the New Covenant given in the New Testament, Christ gave us a way to Eternal life. On Passover, Christ said that bread is not really bread, and wine is not really wine, it is the body and blood of Christ.  Without it he also said we can not have eternal life. No man can take bread and wine, and say that it is actually flesh and blood, but God can.  And when God promised that bread and wine was really flesh and blood was on the Passover.

Then if we believe Christ we must realize we have to celebrate the Passover feast, the Apostles all new this, and we can see accounts of the Apostles keeping the passover feast of the new covenant.

1Cor 5:7 ” For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us keep the festival.”  What Festival is Apostle Paul referring to here; clearly it is the feast of the Passover in accordance with the new covenant that Christ made.

Then if Passover is so clear in the bible, the next question might be; then why is it not celebrated in churches?  The answer is when we look back through history, that Passover was officially abolished during the Nicean Council in 325 A.D. , this is a fact that is clearly recorded in history. Upon the abolishment of the Passover it was completely wiped out, and no longer celebrated, although the Apostles celebrated it because Passover is the very covenant Christ gave us to have Eternal Life.

Then without Passover there is no life; Jn 6:53 “..unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you.”

Then merciful, loving  God is going to leave it that no one can attain salvation, certainly not. Then in the bible what is God’s plan to restore eternal life.

Heb 9:28 ” so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.”

So the sign that second coming Christ has come is that people can have salvation. But Passover is the very thing that Christ gave us so that we can have Eternal Life i.e. have Salvation.  After all salvation to dying souls is not money, or a nice car, it is life eternal.

Then when 2nd coming Christ comes he must restore the Passover Feast.  All though no one celebrates the new covenant Passover in accordance with Christ’s command, The Church of God World Mission Society does.  That’s because our Heavenly Father, in addition to restoring the feasts of God , and fulfilling all bible prophecy brought with him the covenant of life; The Passover.

Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsahnghong eternal thanks and praise be unto you forever and ever! You restored the covenant of life the Passover.

Everything in this world has a purpose, and inside all things lies God’s will.

Rev 4:11 “You are worthy our Lord and God, to receive glory and power , for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.”

Then inside everything is God’s will. Then when we consider the family system we can see God’s will.  In fact throughout all creation, a male and a female must come together to give life, i.e.  birds , fish, insects, plants, and US!!!

What is it that God wants to show us in setting up a system where a male and female must come together to make life.        Rom 1:20 “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities - his eternal power - and divine nature - have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made so that men are without excuse.”

So God’s invisible qualities, divine nature, and eternal power can be seen from what has been made.  Everything around us explains God’s divine power.  Then when we look around us, do we see males giving birth. In fact can a female give birth without a male.  Of course we know the answer to these questions, but if we don’t know God’s will behind them we are “without excuse” .

We always knew about God our Father, Math 6:9 “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name….” But what about God the Mother.

Think about it, everything in this world that has life has a father and a mother.  God the creator made it this way specifically to show us his divine power, eternal nature, and invisible qualities.  Bible testifies we have a Father of our spirits , and we know that we are God’s children…

BUT then if there is a father and children, what must be there?  …….     A Mother!!

Even by the definition of the word Father; a Mother must be present.

Then through the bible lets see testimony about the Mother of our spirits our Heavenly Mother New Jerusalem!

Gal 4:26 ” But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.”

Then it says that the Jerusalem from above is our Mother. But what does it mean above? We can further understand in the book of Revelation.

Rev 21:9 ” One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, ‘Come I will show you the Bride, the wife of the Lamb.’ And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and he showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. ”

Then the Holy City, Jerusalem that is above is free, she is also the wife of the Lamb i.e. Christ (1Cor 5:7) In Revelation it is prophesied that she is “coming down out of heaven” in the last days. Then if she is coming down out of heaven, she is coming to this earth

Then the bible testifies that the Jerusalem from heaven (The Holy City, Jerusalem) is the bride of Christ.

But even Physically, when concerning our parents, the bride of our father is our Mother!

Then the Bride of our Heavenly Father is our Heavenly Mother Her name is New Jerusalem (Rev21:2)

Rev 22:17 ” The Spirit and the Bride say ‘Come!’….Whoever is thirsty let him come; and whoever wishes let him take the free gift of the water of life.”

Then in the last days it is prophesied in the book of Revelation that our Father and our Mother will be the source of the Water of Life, another words Eternal Life!

Today, December 25th millions of people around the world are going to be celebrating Christmas.  So many times we hear phrases like, “Jesus is the reason for the season” or “Let’s not forget the true spirit of Christmas” .  However, as we look throughout World History it is abundantly clear that Christmas is not  a Christian celebration at all, rather a Pagan tradition of man carried down through the centuries originating way before the birth of Christ.

Although in US Christmas is a day seen as cheery fun , we hardly ever stop to ask ourselves why is it that we do the things we do.  For instance why do we give gifts especially focusing on children? Why do we put up a Christmas Tree? Say Yule Tide Greetings? Etc

As we look into history even a thousand years before Christ,  we can see that most Pagan civilizations at some sort of year end Late December celebration.  This is a time known as the Winter Solstice, where the days of the year are at their shortest. And being that most Pagan civilizations worship the Sun, it is seen as a time where the Sun is in its infancy. i.e. The Sun is given birth at this time of the year. In fact when we look around the world at this time almost every civilization had a name for the god of the sun ( Tammuz, Baal, Adonis, Mithra, Quetzalcatl, Kukulcan) and all considered the Winter Solstice a time to celebrate the birth of this god.

In the Norse countries, the winter celebration of Yule was kept.  Men would drag the largest log they could find and burn it for twelve days i.e. The Twelve Days of Christmas.  During this time drunken revelry would take place, orgies, animal and human sacrifices, etc.  They would also drag an evergreen into their lodgings, because they considered it to have mystical power being that it was able to survive the harsh Winter.

At the same time in the Roman civilization we find the festival of Saturnalia being kept.  This was a month long celebration, where as usual we find everything that is to be expected from a Pagan festival; debauchery, human sacrifices; public orgies. In the month of Saturnalia, they would keep a festival known as Juvenalia, where gifts were given to children, also involving them in the debauchery.  The upper class of Rome at this time worshiped Mithra the Sun god. His birthday was December 25th, it was seen as the holiest day of the year.

The god whose birth we find on December 25th is NOT the Son of God, it is the Sun God.  In Fact it is not mentioned once the exact date if Christ’s birth, because it is insignificant.  What is important, and what fulfills biblical prophecy is that Christ starts his ministry at age 30.  When he was born has no bearing as a Christian  celebration.  In fact when we look at the sixty years after Christ’s crucifixion, we can find no mention in the bible of the Apostle’s celebrating the day Christ was born, let alone on the 25th of December.

In fact when we look at the Christmas celebration of the Dark Ages throughout Europe, although it held the title of Christ’s Mass (or Christ’s Death) we can find that nothing Christian took place, it was more reminiscent of Mardi Gras. The drunkeness,  ludeness, and violence that took place on the 25th of december was so bad that in 1652 in England Christ’s Mass was outlawed.  However the public’s demand for it’s drunken revelry on the 25th brought it back just four years later in 1656.

The Pagan celebration had its roots in the people long before Christ was born into this world, and the people did not want to give up their revelry.  So in the 4th century where The RCC had its origins instead of outlawing the festival, a Christian stamp was placed on top of it, almost like making the rules up as you go along, rather than following God’s teaching.

Clearly Christmas is a tradition of man, NOT of Christ. The Bible talks very plainly on this matter, Math 15:7 ” You Hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you:   ‘ These people honor me with their lips , but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men.”

The reality is that God Almighty always had appointed times for us to celebrate, and there origins can not be found rooted in Paganism (something God already declared a long time ago detestable in his eyes). They are the Feasts of God the true teachings of God that can be found in the bible.

When Apostle Paul was testifying Christ to the Jews he showed that no longer do we come to Mount Sinai, under Moses’ Law (Heb 12:18-21) But he declared, Heb 12:22 “But you have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly…”  Then when Apostle Paul was testifying Christ he said we know come up to Mount Zion.

But then this begs the question how do I know I am at Zion?  Just because a place calls itself  Zion, does it mean that it is truly the city of God, the Heavenly Jerusalem. Or that just because mere men, name a place Zion, it is truly the Mount Zion in the bible, where thousands upon thousands of angel are found in joyful assembly.  The only way to know for sure what Zion is and where it can be found is through the bible.

Is 33:20 “Look upon Zion, the city of our festivals; your eyes will see Jerusalem…” Then Zion is the city of God’s Festivals, where Jerusalem can be found.

Then what are God’s festivals; when we look in the bible to understand what God’s festivals are, Christmas can not be found.  Then lets see according to the bible, what are God’s festivals.

Lev 23: 1-2 ” .. The Lord said to Moses, ‘These are my appointed feasts, the appointed feasts of the Lord,…..”

1.  The Sabbath v. 3   5. Feast of Trumpets v. 23-25

2. Passover Unleavened Bread v. 4-8                                6. Day of Atonement v. 26-32

3. Firstfruits v. 9-14                                                                   7. Feast of Tabernacles v. 33-36

4. Feast of weeks v. 15-22

These are the feasts of God, found in the scripture, not made up by man.  Jesus Christ made a New Covenant (Lk 22: 20) and so fulfilled all of these feasts.  When we look at the New Testament there is fulfillment for all of these seven Feasts starting with the Sabbath and the Passover.  Though God Almighty commanded that these Feasts are to be kept, they were systematically abolished starting with the Sabbath and Passover.  Eventually, all the Feasts of God were abolished,  resulting in Pagan Festivals like Christmas being observed rather than obeying God and keeping the appointed Feasts.

All Glory, Thanks, Honor, and Praise to Our Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsahnghong who fulfilled bible prophecy and once again established the Feasts of God  restoring Mount Zion!

We, as the inhabitants of the Earth, now find ourselves in a situation that we have never been in before.  Never before have we been in a Global economic recession.  Never before have so many natural disasters affected the Earth.  If we were to graph the number of natural disasters 100 years ago in relation to the number of natural disasters that have effected us  in just the last decade, the figures would be startling.  Also the U.S. has been involved in a war now for over 8 years with no end in sight, affecting numerous countries.  We also now have numerous plagues such as Mad Cow Disease, SARS and H1N1 that have sprung up within recent times.

As well as taking into consideration also  Global Warming, Solar Flares, and now numerous countries with Nuclear capabilities i.e. North Korea, and Iran.

Living the lifestyle that we do in America, we easily forget these happenings and go about our daily lives as if all is well.  But the fact is that all of these occurrences are very real! Although World leaders and heads of the scientific community agree that these are all very real problems, they cannot offer a definite solution, because they are in the same situation we are; in trouble!

However Almighty God always had a solution to save his people from disasters.  Just as all of the problems we now face are prophesied in the bible, the solution too was always prophesied in the bible.  If we just humble ourselves and listen to God’s word we can see God’s awesome power and be saved.

In the Old Testament God prophesied about his mark, where it will be placed  and what it will do for us.

Ez 9:4-6 ” and said to him, ‘Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it…Slaughter old men, young men, maidens, women and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Begin at my sanctuary’…”   Here in the book of Ezekiel we can see anyone who has God’s mark on their foreheads will be saved. EVERYONE else who does not have the mark will be destroyed.  Just as the disasters we face today are not going to discriminate, but affect old men, young men, women and children.

Then since God’s mark on the foreheads of his people is a prophecy in the Old Testament, we should find its reality in the New Testament.

Rev 7:2 ” Then I saw another angel coming up from the East having the seal of the living God. He called out in a loud voice…..’Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God.”

Then we can see in Revelation disaster is coming to the whole Earth, however , before it comes God is putting his Seal on the foreheads of his people. (Just as was seen in the book of Ezekiel) This seal then should protect God’s people from disaster; lets see through the bible.

Rev 9:4 ” They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree , but only those people who did not have the seal of God on the foreheads.”  Then clearly the Seal of God is what is needed to be saved from disasters.  But what exactly is the Seal of God?

Jn 6:27 “Do not work for the food that spoils, but for the food that endures to eternal life, hich the Son of Man will give you. On him God the Father has placed his seal of approval.”

NKJV  Jn 6:27 “…because  God the Father has set his seal on him.”

Then on Jesus Christ’s rests God’s seal.  But Jesus doesn’t need the Seal of God, we do!  Then how do we get the Seal in us.  Jn 6:53-56 ” Jesus said to them, ‘I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.  Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life ……Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.”

If we eat Christ’s flesh and drink Christ’s blood he remains in us.  But God’s Seal is on Jesus, so if we eat his flesh and drink his blood, God’s Seal also remains in us.  But then how can we eat Christ’s flesh and Blood? The only example we can take is Christ’s example. Then when did Christ give us his flesh to eat and his blood to drink.

Math 26:17-19 “….the disciples came to Jesus and asked, ‘Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover? He replied, ‘ Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, ‘The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.’ ” So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover.”  Clearly Jesus is about to celebrate the Passover with his disciples.  But we want to know how to receive Christ’s body and blood.  So then we have to fully understand exactly what Christ gave us on this Passover celebration.

Math 26:26-28 “While they were eating, Jesus took bread gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples  saying,’Take and eat this is my body.’ Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it them, saying, ‘Drink from it all of you. This is my blood of the covenant , which is poured out for the forgiveness of sins.’

So on the night of the Passover Christ took the Passover Bread and the Passover wine and said this is my body and blood.  By keeping the Passover celebration as Christ did we can receive his body and blood.

But by receiving his body (flesh) and blood we receive the Seal of God and are protected from disaster. Then celebrating the Passover feast is receiving the Seal of God.

Passover = Flesh and Blood ;   Flesh and Blood = Seal of God ;   Passover = Seal of God

By keeping the Passover Feast we receive God’s Seal and are protected from disasters.

Ex 12:11-13 ” Eat it in haste; it is the Lord’s Passover. On that same night I will pas through the land of Egypt and strike down every firstborn- both men and animals…..The blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt.”

By obeying God and keeping the Passover feast no destruction will come to us because we are receiving the Seal of the Living God!!!

Eternal Thanks and Praise to our Heavenly Father Christ Ahnsahnghong who restored the New Covenant Passover and brought with him The Seal of God!

In every age, God Almighty has been the source of the “water of life”.  This water is not physical water, but spiritually it represents the life that God is going to grant us; eternal life. Jn 4:14 see also Age of Father Jer 2:13, Jer 17: 13

But in the last age The age of the Holy Spirit, the bible testifies ;  Rev 22:17 “The Spirit and the Bride say Come! and Let him who hears say, Come! Whoever is thirst let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.

The bible clearly testifies that the Spirit and the Bride are giving the water of life in the last age.  But who is the Bride? In Revelation it testifies to who she is. Rev 21:9 “…Come I will show you the bride the wife of the Lamb. And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and he showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem coming down out of  heaven from God.”

Hear we can see that the bride is the Holy City Jerusalem, she is the wife of the Lamb.  The Lamb in the bible does not represent a literal lamb, but is a parable for Christ (1 Cor 5:7)

In the same way  the Holy City Jerusalem is not literally a city in Heaven that God wants to marry; it is a parable.  (Intuitively does this make any sense, God wanting to marry a city? )  We can understand this because, like every parable there is a Reality, and the reality can be found only in the bible.

Gal 4:26 ” But the Jerusalem that is above (From Heaven) is free, and she is our mother.”

Then the Bride of the Lamb is the Heavenly Jerusalem, and the Heavenly Jerusalem is our Mother.

The bible says that the Spirit and The Bride are giving the water of life in the last Age (Rev 22:17) .   But this is something that was prophesied throughout the whole bible.

Micah 4:1-2 ” In the Last Days… The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”  In the last days the word of the Lord is coming from Jerusalem.

Then in those days what is Jerusalem bringing with her, Zech 14:8 “On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half to the eastern sea, half to the western sea, in summer and in winter.”

Then in the last days the water of life coming from Jerusalem is going to spread throughout the whole world (half to the eastern sea and half to the western sea)

Is 33: 20 -21 ” Look upon Zion the city of our festivals; your eyes will see Jerusalem… It will be like a place of broad rivers and streams. No galley with oars will ride them, no mighty ship will sail them.”

From Jerusalem in the last days will flow the water of life. The water of life will be so abundant that it will be like broad rivers and streams, however, no ship may sail them, because these are not physical waters, but spiritual. These waters are the eternal life that can only be given by God Almighty.   In the Last Age, they are given by The Spirit and The Bride!

Eternal Thanks and Praise to The Holy Spirit Christ AhnSahngHong who revealed our Heavenly Mother, The New Jerusalem the Spring of the Water of Life!

In the bible, the term “Water of Life” is used to describe eternal life, Jn 4:14 ” Jesus answered. Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, But whoever drinks the water I give him will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

Only God Almighty can grant eternal life, because only God is eternal. About God granting us eternal life, or giving us the water of life, Jesus Christ prophesied something very specific in the book of Mathew

Mat28:19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit...”  Jesus testified, we must be baptized under three names.

Then is the name of the Son….Son. No way, we all know the name of the Son is Jesus. Then Son is not his name but his title.  Then in the same way the name of the Father is not Father, but Jehovah.

Then Jesus said we are to be baptized under three names the Father (Jehovah) the Son (Jesus Christ) and the  name of the Holy Spirit…..  But whats the name of the Holy Spirit?  The Father and the Son both have names, then the Holy Spirit should have a name as well.

But why is it important to know these three names?

In the bible, we can see God broke up salvation into three ages. The first is the age of the Father, whose name is Jehovah, this age is written about in the Old Testament. Before Jesus Christ came to this Earth the name of the Saviour was Jehovah, under this name the water of life i.e. eternal life was granted Jer 2:12…declares the Lord (Jehovah)….they have forsaken me, the spring of living water…” (Jer 17:13)

Then in the Old Testament Jehovah was the spring of the water of life meaning, Jehovah was the source of the water of life, eternal life.  Only through this name (at that time)  was salvation granted.

But this age did not last forever, as was prophesied in the Old Testament Jehovah had to come into this world as a child, as a son (Is 9:6) and make a new covenant (Jer 31:31). This was fulfilled through Jesus Christ, who in the age of the son was the name of the saviour and gave the water of life (Jn 4:14 as we saw in the beginning of this blog)

But then what about the Holy Spirit?  Jesus testified that the Holy Spirit has a name.  Just as in the age of the Father, Jehovah gave the water of life and in the age of the Son Jesus Christ gave the water of the life, the bible testifies there will be an age of the Holy Spirit, who will give the water of life.

Rev 22:17 “The Spirit and the bride say Come! And let him who hears say Come! Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.”

The book of Revelation was written 2,000 years ago prophesying about the future i.e. the age we are living in now.  This age is not the Son’s age and is certainly not the Father’s age, but the age of the Holy Spirit.  Then just as Father and Son had names in those ages, so does the Holy Spirit have a name, it is Christ Ahnsahnghong !

Just as each age has a different name for the savior who gives the water of life, so in the age of the Holy Spirit who gives the water of life there will be a new name as well.  The bible also testifies to this, Rev 3:12 “…..I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on him my new name.”

Jesus testifies he will have a new name when the time of Revelation is fulfilled. It is the name of the Holy Spirit

Christ Ahnsahnghong, who is the spring of living water in this age.

Commonly when we hear the word Passover, we do not generally think of a Christian Festival.  However, upon looking in the bible it is clear that Jesus Christ and his apostles kept the feast of the Passover.  Then in order to understand the relevance of Christ keeping the Passover feast, we should understand clearly the origin of the Passover.

In the time of the Exodus who was it that commanded the Israelites to keep the Passover.

Ex 12:11 “This is how you are to eat it (The Passover Lamb)with your cloak tucked into your belt, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand.  Eat it in haste it is the Lord’s Passover.”   Then at this time God the Father Jehovah is commanding the Israelites to keep the Passover Feast, but why?

Ex 12:12-13 “On that same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn-both men and animals-..I am the Lord.  The blood (of the Passover lamb) will be a sign for you on the houses where you are; and when I see the blood, I will pass over you. No destructive plague will touch you when I strike Egypt.”

So on the night of the Passover, a plague was coming to Egypt; the death of the firstborn.  However to those who kept the Passover feast, (i.e. ate the flesh of the Passover lamb and  had the blood of the passover lamb) had a sign with God, no destruction came to them. Also by keeping the Passover the Israelites finally recieved their freedom from Egypt after 430 years of slavery.

Then after celebrating Passover the Israelites received their freedom, why ever celebrate Passover again?  In the very next verse it explains, Ex 12:14 “This is a day you are to commemorate for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the Lord- a lasting ordinance.” Than here we can see clearly God Almighty says that the Passover is a lasting ordinance.  Showing us that the passover is a law by God that should be celebrated forever, a lasting ordinance.

Then since Passover is a lasting ordinance we should be able to see an account of Jesus Christ(who is God overall Rom 9:5, the very same God who commanded the Passover be kept) keeping the Passover.  However, when Christ comes,will he keep the Old Covenant Passover, or, will he make a New Covenant with his people.

According to the bible we can understand, Jer 31:31 “The time is coming, declares the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand and lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant (the Passover)..”  We can see clearly God is going to make a New Covenant with his people, then let’s see who fulfilled this prophecy.

Luke 22:7-14 “Then came the day of Unleavened Bread on which the Passover Lamb had to be sacrificed. Jesus sent Peter and John, Saying, Go and make preparations for us to eat the Passover….When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. and he said to them, I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.” Clearly according to the bible Jesus Christ is celebrating the Passover with his disciples. But what is significant about this Passover for us?

Luke 22:19-20 :And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me. In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.”

Then on the night of the Passover Jesus Christ gave us his flesh to eat, and his blood to drink, calling it the new covenant.  He even states “do this in remembrance of me” but what are they doing? They are celebrating the Passover,but not the old covenant with a literal lamb, but the new covenant with Jesus Christ, the lamb of God Jn 1:29.

In the bible what did Jesus Christ say about eating his flesh and drinking his blood, Jn 6:53 “Jesus said to them, I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drink my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”  Then Jesus clearly states for us, if we don’t eat his flesh and drink his blood we can’t have eternal life. Jesus Christ gave us his flesh to eat and his blood to drink through the Passover bread and the Passover wine.

Then as men can we take bread and wine and call it the flesh and blood of Christ, certainly not.  But when Jesus Christ who is God overall (Rom 9:5) says this bread is my body and this wine is my blood, we can have confidence having the promise from God that we are truly partaking in his body and blood. On this night he even made it a new covenant, leaving no room for doubt that the Passover is a lasting ordinance that must be celebrated to receive eternal life.

There is even clear testimony from the Apostles keeping the Passover Feast, 1Cor 5:7 …”For Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed. Therefore let us keep the festival…” Apostle Paul clearly states that Jesus Christ is the Passover lamb, and the Festival of the Passover is to be celebrated.

Then if in the bible it is abundantly clear that Jesus Christ gave us the New Covenant Passover for our salvation, as well as see clear testimony that the Apostles kept the Passover, why is it that modern day Christians do not keep the feast anymore.

As we look through history we can find the answer, In 325 A.D. at the Nicean Council the Passover was officially abolished.  When the Passover was abolished it was completely wiped out and not celebrated anymore.  But Jesus Christ made a New Covenant on the night of the Passover, and through it gave us eternal life. (Luke 22:20 , Jn 6:54)

Then if God gave us the new covenant Passover for our salvation, but the Passover is not celebrated by the people, what does the bible say Christ is going to do.  Heb9:27 “Just as man is destined to die once , and after that face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.”

Then when Christ appeared the first time he came in the flesh, to bear sin through his sacrifice.  But it says in Christ’s second coming he will bring with him salvation.  But salvation is given through Christ’s flesh and blood (Jn 6:54) which he gave to us to receive only at the celebration of the new covenant Passover( Luke 22:20). Then the Second coming Christ is appearing to bring the people salvation, and salvation was given through the new covenant Passover; so Second coming Christ is bringing the Feast of the Passover back to the world.

At Church of God World Mission Society, we celebrate the New Covenant Passover because Christ Ahnsahnghong brought with him the Passover.  But according to the bible only Second Coming Christ can appear to bring the Passover. (Heb 9:28)

Christ Ahnsahnghong is true Second Coming Christ, who has brought salvation to the world through the New Covenant Passover, and has also fulfilled all the prophecies of the bible.

Growing up in my life I would sporadically hear the word Zion mentioned.  For some reason the word always stuck with me, however I had a dilemma, I had no clue really what the word meant.  In popular songs and movies Zion was mentioned but it still didn’t help know exactly what it was.  When I would ask what Zion was, I could tell the people answering me didn’t really know either.  Little did I know, the whole time the answer was always in the Bible.

The Bible says in Isaiah 33:20 “Look upon Zion, the city of our festivals..”

So according to the Bible, Zion is the city of “our festivals “.   But in the Bible what are the festivals that are appointed by God?

In Leviticus 23:2 God Says, ….”These are my appointed feasts, the appointed feasts of the Lord, which you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies”

The Sabbath Day Lev 23:3 The Passover and Unleavened Bread Lev 23:4 Feast of Firstfruits Lev 23:9

Feast of Weeks Lev 23:15 Feast of Trumpets Lev23:23 Day of Atonement Lev23:26 and The Feast of Tabernacles Lev23:33

Then the place that keeps these seven feasts appointed by God is Zion as testified in the Bible.  In Christ’s  1st coming he and his apostles clearly kept the feasts i.e. (Math 26:17 ; Lk 4:16 ; Jn 7:2 , 37 ; Ac 2:1 ; 1Cor 15:20)

That’s why apostle Paul testified in Heb 12:22 “But you have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God.  You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven.”  Clearly the Church that Jesus established (Church of God 1Cor 1:2) is Zion , where the feasts of God are celebrated.

However throughout history we can see that these feasts were systematically abolished. (although the church in the Bible is Mount Zion where the feasts of God are kept) Then what about the people living after the feasts were abolished, primarily US!

The Bible has an answer for this as well,  Micah 4:1 “In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s Temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills and peoples will stream to it, Many nations will come and say, Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,…He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths. The law will go out from Zion the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.”

Then although the feasts were abolished and Zion was destroyed, in the Last Days Zion will be established and peoples from around the world will stream to it.

But only who can establish Zion? Psalm 102:16 For the Lord will rebuild Zion…” Then only the Lord can establish Zion.

In these days there is only one place where the feasts of God are kept,  That place is Curch of God World Mission Society it is Mount Zion, and it was established by Christ Ahnsahnghong.

Eternal Thanks and Praise be to our Father Christ Ahnsahnghong and to our Heavenly Mother New Jerusalem who have restored Mount Zion!!

Every earthly system is a copy and a shadow of the Heavenly one.

Heb. 8:5 “They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and a shadow of what is in Heaven.”

Among the earthly systems, family system is also a copy and a shadow of the heavenly one. In other words, when we look into the earthly family, we can understand the heavenly family.

A family= home, and a family is consist of father, mother and children; brothers and sisters.

Jn. 14:1-2 “In my Father’s house are many rooms… I am going to prepare a prepare a place for you.”

Heb.12:9 As we have human fathers, so we have the Father of our spirits.

Mt. 6:9 “Our Father in heaven.”

Clearly we see through the bible that we have a heavenly Father. How can a man be called father? A man must have children to be called father. Then are there heavenly children?

Mt. 12:50 We have spiritual brothers and sisters, too. The one who does the will of God are heavenly children of the Father.

It is impossible for there to be children without a mother. There are human mothers in this earth. Then, there must be the Mother of our spirits.

Gal. 4:26 The Jerusalem that is above is our Mother

Just as we have earthly family, God revealed to us that we have the Heavenly Family.

Family is related by blood. Then how about the heavenly family? Christ has let us inherit the heavenly blood through the bread and wine of the Passover and become the heirs of His kingdom, so that we know that we are of the same blood. On the Passover, Jesus said:

Lk.22:20 “This cup is the new covenant in my blood.”

The heavenly family is related through blood which is the blood of Christ through Passover.

Ro. 8:16-17 Through Christ’s blood, we have become God’s children and His heirs.

Since we are coheirs with Christ, we will share in His sufferings, which we may also share in his glory. We are born of heavenly blood.

I hope everyone will realize this wonderful truth of salvation and come to be part of the heavenly Family through Christ Blood.
